Welcome to Opulent Temple, a leading not-for-profit electronic music stage production emerging from Burning Man and based in San Francisco. We operate by volunteer effort and are funded solely by supporter donation in large part through fundraiser events all year round. The trademark DJ booth known as the O-pod is comprised of artfully twisted steel details, designed and welded by the OT resident DJ's themselves. The stage is illuminated mainly by firelight from DJ controlled flame thrower effects. The sound is raw, unexpected, full-bodied and visceral. The iconic symbol of the Dancing Shiva has been emblazoned at a wide array of events across North America and Europe. What they find at Opulent Temple is a peak experience of sacred dance to world class music.
Memorial Day Weekend: Boomtown Camp Out

Ken will hold down the Crystal Method show with a dj set featuring brand new tracks off their unreleased new album. Scott is at home and doing well.***** The Crystal Method is a Grammy nominated electronic music duo which formed in Los Angeles, California in the early 1990s. The duo, Ken Jordan and Scott Kirkland, is well known for having many of their songs featured in films, television shows and video games. They have become one of the best-selling and well-known Electronica bands in the United States, with their platinum-status album, Vegas.
David Starfire is a producer, composer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ based in Los Angeles and San Francisco. His production style is eclectic, fusing world music with dance, hip hop and everything in between. He’s developed quite a following and his unique sound is catching the ears of music fans across the globe. David is signed with the internationally known label Six Degrees Records, home to artists such as The Orb, Bebel Gilberto, Cheb i Sabbah, Karsh Kale, Midival Punditz, Michael Franti, Natacha Atlas, DJ Spooky and many others.
DJ Dan has been synonymous with the American dance music industry for over two decades as a record collector, house innovator and true legend of the scene. However, his music bandwidth stretches much further; representing the spirit of 70’s disco and 80’s/90’s house with contemporary flair that makes him like no other artist on the scene. People have been missing the funk and that’s what DJ Dan does best.
Charissa Saverio, a.k.a. DJ RAP, has been the undisputed queen of the turntables and voted the number one female DJ in the world! DJ Rap has infiltrated the music industry with her arsenal of talent. She has established herself as the CEO of her labels: Propa and Impropa Talent, developed her creative direction as a full-fledged producer, and remains to be the recording artist and DJ that everyone has come to love and love dance to! She is also a classically trained pianist and song writer, amongst many other talents! Rap has dominated such genres as house and drum & bass. However, her love for music has taken her through many reflections of genres and musical experiences. Ultimately, millions in a global capacity have embraced her and her music.

Opulent Temple is bringing their signature event back to Los Angeles again this summer.
Lot 613 will be transformed in 3 areas, inside and out, into a white oasis of art, beauty and eclectic wonderments. Attendees are part of the decor with creative and daring interpretations of white attire and accompaniments we can't even imagine.
A special vibe is co-created between dancers and DJ, between the music and the atmosphere. This is not like any other night.
